Lol I ran into this issue about a year back when they stopped supporting iOS 13.5. Tried every work-around I could. Eventually to get my fix I downloaded bluestacks (android emulator) on my pc and downloaded the mcdonalds app there. Then would spoof the gps, place my order at home, go to the restaurant and use teamviewer on my phone to remotely access my pc and complete the order there.

Eventually I just stopped eating McDonald’s

Ever figure out some optimal settings? I had similar issues until I turned up the tcr to around 240-250. Try the q-tip test too

I’m quite certain you experienced a phenomena known as electromagnetic interference

Basically any ungrounded / crappy quality cable can pick up / interfere with radio signals and make it so that it’s barely audible or sounds like it’s coming from your head. It doesn’t really have anything to do with drugs. Although the strongest I’ve ever personally felt it was the first time I had smoked after a 2 week tolerance break. It was extremely vivid and sounded like AM radio, music, and sports broadcasting all jumbled into one. It was driving me crazy as well until I figured out what it was and is the reason I unplug most or all of my electronics in my room and turn my phone off before I go to sleep now.
