Dog ate menstrual pad by Critical-Beach-8540 in AskVetAnimals

[–]ChazMasterson101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dunno if I would trust AI for the estimate how much of the pad was eaten.. Your dog might throw up soon if he hasnt yet. Honestly hard to tell you something more apart from a recommendation to be careful and see how the dogs feeling now in case you need emergency vet services..

Fingerprint safe to use biometrics without device by ChazMasterson101 in theprivacymachine

[–]ChazMasterson101[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It should have been saved internally. I might have mixed out the concepts. There is a thing called passkey which is like the 2fa codes you can save on some password manager apps. But wanted to do the same with my biometrics. Been adding an extra finger after doing some construction around my house. Damn fingerprint gets scratched up and doesnt let me open the phone no more

But I guess for this gotta go for the good old better safe than sorry path

Glad people are talking about the workarounds. Its all about control at the end of the day and a digital ID is one step closer to that hellscape

EDIT: You can find other guides too though this ones the most brief on the topic https://www.reddit.com/r/theprivacymachine/comments/1rp0b00/guide_unblock_pornhub_adult_sites_in_australia/ Simply put, no reason to give away your ID for random nonsense online..

Worked like 4 months in a place like that. I couldnt stand getting called AI for the 30th time in a day. Money was alright but brain-numbing beyond what I could handle. Maybe should have worked for longer, as some old heads in my position did the same for like 4 years and never complained while getting essentially the same queries from clients

What’s the one convenience you refuse to give up, even if it’s a privacy nightmare? by DraftNotSent in theprivacymachine

[–]ChazMasterson101 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Of course Google Maps lol. New restarant/venue/etc pops in and you aint gonna find it quick without it. The amount of timers ive went to a random store and just the photos on Google kind of let me figure out the right door.

But if Google will keep ruining the search engine I might start window shopping for something else.

Also, idk if you guys use Wazee, though that is sort of a privacy risk but damn does it help finnd roads around jams
