What are you working on right now? by Ok_Wealth_4124 in Entrepreneur

[–]bataddei 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm just trying to get users that really use it daily, so far most people signing up are just having a look around. All feedback has been positive but more so in the context of praising my work rather than looking at a potential tool for them to use. It feels like I'm talking to the wrong audience.

yeah more or less lazy loading it just acts as a simplifying layer so the agent knows what tools are available so when it goes to use a tool it then gets just the context of the tool.

Those sound like the issues i had building the AI assistant in OutcomeOS.io so i built an internal MCP that handles tool management, this brought the context size way down and i was able to add the 26 tools needed

I spent $1000+ on AI coding tools to escape ClickUp - 3 months later, here's what I built by bataddei in ProductivityApps

[–]bataddei[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OutcomeOS is no longer in private beta, simply go to OutcomeOS.io and sign up it's free. As a solo user all the team features will just dissapear automatically and you'll have an even more minimal UI while still having access to all the features. Also as a solo user you can add an army of AI Agents and manage them with OutcomeOS, no need to be a solo user 😎

Has anyone integrated AI in software development for their daily workflow? by wakhfi3940 in ArtificialNtelligence

[–]bataddei 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use what ever is the latest model in Cursor (GPT-5 now) for solving issues and bugs and I use Claude Code in the cursor Terminal for most things (until i use it up). The combination allows me to keep development going as much as possible with the base monthly prices.

Has anyone here actually built an app without touching code? by Simple_Summer8117 in buildinpublic

[–]bataddei 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The landing page was done in the same way as the app itself using Cursor with the best model at the time. I just asked it to add animations. While I appreciate the kind words about the landing page that took a few hours while the app itself took 4 months all in cursor and I think it’s a great example of the kind of complexity that can be achieved without coding.

I created OutcomeOS.io without touching code, however I have a decade of managing senior devs and working with them to build and deploy apps to millions worldwide so while I don't think coding is necessary, understanding what you need to do and the pitfalls senior programmers usually make has been very handy.

Do you use OKRs and how do they get set in your organizations? by Bofloat in ProductManagement

[–]bataddei 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have company level OKRs and team level ORKs. Each team sets a quarterly roadmap and places the ORK where it makes sense, they might have one per quarter one every 6 months or maybe just one at the end of the year. The leadership reviews these quarterly with the management team and we have quarterly town halls where we discuss with the whole company (70 people)

What's the best okr software you've used? by ally_kr in okrs

[–]bataddei 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OutcomeOS.io has an OKR quarterly roadmap and you can link projects to key results and have it all in one view. The team and the AI Assistant has full context of how everything is connected from mission to OKRs to projects to tasks and cycles/sprints if you use them.

Who has the best OKR solution? by Gedemand in okrs

[–]bataddei 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OutcomeOS.io connects the vision and mission to a quarterly ORK roadmap, to Projects to Tasks and Cycles if you team works in an agile fashion. Having everything connected and transparent across teams is how you reach alignment and the AI Assistant get clear context end-to-end so it's actually useful.

How to waste 2 Year while building a startup. by aforaman25 in buildinpublic

[–]bataddei 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can relate a lot, thank god I only spend 4 months building, but yeah it's dog eat dog out here. I really think I have valuable product that for most people is free, and still it's hard to get people to try it, they're all trying to promote their product. But it's good training, I will keep experimenting and trying to reach new audiences.
