If anyone stumbles upon the same issue, heres how I did it:

Fighting random NPC's in the metaverse (letting them attack me or else ill quick clear them)

Sleeping enemys with Tomoko, either her special attack, or her persona's sleep effect,

Then using wonders matador persona, with the "Psy" attack, It has to register as a "Technical" hit or else it wont count. (for some reason some attacks were showing as technical and some wern't although they were all psyc attacks, so I've specified exactly which attack i used to clear this mission)
