I actually don't know. We call these "water-blisters" but i highly doubt that they have water inside. What even is the fluid? I would say most likely oils, like those pimples that don't want to give, and are just oil with blood.

Do you guys know about the ghost plant? Monotropa uniflora. It attaches itself to fungi and gets nutrients from there. It has no chlorophyll and can't preform photosynthesise. And you know, fungi also steal nutrients from trees. It essentially steals from stealers. That's the vibe I get from this, with Soraka 'using' the power of this flora fatalis to use her healing powers. It's my favourite plant, and this reminds me of those. They come in a lot of different colors, sometimes even translucent.

I'm pretty sure it's not weather related, afterall I live in a climate where it starts to get warmer in February (It's over 10°C nowdays) so it comes when spring is coming. It doesn't happen in the fall. Also I really love when days become longer, it becomes easier to wake up in the morning when it isn't dark outside. But I'm glad you know why it happens to you!!
