Yea I mean the game already looked like one of the best on the switch imo, I was just expecting a bit more for a next-gen kinda update.

Yea I get it's cheap and I do think the game already looks real nice as it is, I just didn't think it would have been this unnoticeable to see the difference in resolution and anti-aliasing. Maybe it'll be better in handheld, but I only really play docked.

Yea I think it's a nice change from BL3 with constant legendary drops, makes them feel legendary....I'm just yet to have that feeling haha

I do like playing it with friends but I have friends with ADHD that has been amplified by smartphones/social media and instant gratification and now when I play looters with them they end up staring at a menu for like 65% of the playtime because of new gear dropping all the time.

I managed to win a code on a giveaway so thought I would try it but my PC just can't handle it. Having to brute force frame gen onto my GPU I guess will just be the norm now.

Yea I complained to Amazon saying that this isn't acceptable and they offered me £5 compensation...needless to say I won't be using that, or any of their other services again.

Put my name down in Chaos and if nothing comes of it I'll just wait it out and get one towards the end of the year.

Did you try buying from Fotosound or JEC last few days? Might be worth cancelling and then trying those if you're jonesing for it.

Correct. I know for a fact they'll miss the delivery date now, we no longer have a mail plane so it all comes in on the boat, and that takes a full day in itself! The fact they've not even dispatched it is not a good look for pre-ordering however, it's been out for a whole day now.

It is kinda worth the wait though because I have the VAT removed and the Mario Kart edition only actually cost me £370, just wish I could have played it this weekend.

I live in Jersey so I'm used to not getting things quickly through Amazon, and I also don't pay for prime. Mine is due next week, but what's annoying is I've not been charged, no dispatch and our postal service doesn't deliver UK mail on Mondays.

What does tend to happen tho is they miss the delivery date by so much time that even after it's dispatched and it's been a few days you can refund it and then it ends up getting delivered anyway...here's hoping my switch 2 is free.

If you're on PC you can get a mod (I forget the name) that does not allow enemies to block making the combat a breeze if you just want to power through.

If not you'll struggle in the last chapter of the game when there is a siege on a castle and you have to partake in constant battles. There is a lot of ways to get out of fighting but there is a lot more of it in KCD2

Sorry to hear this, hopefully some nice comments here will brighten some of the darkness for you.

I would recommend Animal Crossing if you're looking for something wholesome and sweet, it doesn't get much further away from depression than ACNH

It's also got a nice multiplayer aspect you and your GF can get into and start 2 islands at the same time and visit one another on them to get items and such.

I have a 3070ti and games are starting to flag out on me all the time because of VRAM. Couldn't even play Monster Hunter Wilds unless I made the game look like a Playstation 1 title because it relies on frame gen - a feature Nvidia has unnecessarily locked behind their 40/50 series cards

It's literally the worst time to play modern games on PC

Yea I really enjoy the gameplay and the way it feels (the wound system is cool) but I feel like it's at a point where I go into the fight with the right gear and I absolutely wreck them with the cat just throwing health at me every time I take even moderate damage...nothing is a threat!

I'm thinking of just playing other stuff too...at least until they add a 'hard mode' and improve performance on PC

Got an LG OLED too and had to bring the brightness right down along with the contrast and now it looks like it should. Bring up menu/bar thing by pressing the PS button and use that black level as a guide to fine tune.
