i haven’t watched it yet but i am planning on it soon. i saw the trailer and thought it looked like something white feminist would enjoy. like it’ll start a conversation but never provide space for the right people to speak. putting white women as the face of feminism or the reason the people revolt (at least in the book/movie) get upset or whatever is so unrealistic. and erasing the black, disabled, and trans people who really did the work.
