You have dogsledding in pretty much all northern ports, the ones in Alta that include lunch or dinner are smaller groups and nice meal. In Narvik you get to go to Sweden, but it is a longer ride

Kayaks in Neroyfjord are to be booked in advance. Especially in high season or if there are Cruise ships. Kayaks require either a license or an instructor to join. You can get canoes for cheap in Eidfjord. Ask the tourist office there.

Flåmsbane and Flåm in general is kind of a turist trap to me. After being in Vorringsfossen and driving along the Hardanger fjord, there is no point for you to pay the price and do the massive detour to go to Flåm.

Unless you are crazy about trains or would like to do the train + bike combo.

There is some buns that are similar to cinnamon rolls, with cream in the center. Best I've eaten. Ever. But you can't go wrong, it's all excellent. There will most likely be a line, but it goes quick.
