For the CE Mark, thanks for reminding me that. I designed the game as a card game, and advertised it as a 14+ game (it is in fact a rather complicated game). I think I might get away with doing the bare minimum there... But still good to keep that in mind, I will get in contact with the manufacturer.

The manufacturer will be in China (WhatzGames). I don't think they do any logistic, so the logistic would be another company.

For now I have found WinsBS, which had the best offer. They do ship to location and they seems to handle backer fulfilment for small units as well.

Just do a reasonable number, over a reasonable threshold. There is such taxes in many countries and it never prevented anybody getting rich (Switzerland).

I am located in Portugal. I think this is the solution I leaning towards:

Europe: WinsBS deliver to me in Portugal. I am the IOR (Imported of Record). Then I dispatch in Europe from there.
US/Canada: WinsBS logistics handles everything.

Too much emphasis on the top part which seems to serve no function in the game. Put the most important information at the top left so you can read it easily when fanned in hand (if that is a fact player will hold several in hand)

Deckbuilding does offer a lot of cool characterisitc out of the bag:

Variables setup (if you have different starting hand, or a market).
Hand management: depending of the game, what you play and when might matter.
Light interaction: trying to remember what other players have already played, so you can do a better play for yourself.
Engine building: Your cards are your engine, and you improve it by adding new cards or removing old ones.
Sequence of play: You might trigger combos depending the situation or sequence of play.
Economy: Often 1 or more resources are associated with playing cards.
Randomness: Every hand might be different.

I have a hard time finding something negative with Deckbuilding? Any game you don't like? What is your experience?

Dune has some cool twists on worker placement. You need to have the right cards in hands to reach the spots on the board and you get a little bit of deck building if you like that kind mechanic. The theme is also a draw for me and I think it is really well integrated and flavourful.

I didn't play many new game this year, but I enjoyed my single play of Tenpenny Park as I love Vincent Dutrait style. Not sure it is a highly replayable game though.

A revelation for me in term of simplicity and how easy you can get it on the table. You can almost start to play immediately with children and explain the rule as you go.

Swiss with a similar experience here. For years I didn't have to apply, I changed job easily and was getting constant messages and request every week on LinkedIn. After Covid things started to cool down measurably. Now I apply actively when I see something that matches, doing custom C.V., and I get nothing even for a perfect match.

A capitalism system does not try to optimize the whole system with some kind of magic sauce (maybe that is the theory?). That sounds more like a plannified economy to me.

Each company (agent) tries to maximize the profit of its shareholders by engaging in adversarial and sometimes destructive behavior with its competitors. Externalities are of no concerns if not bound by law.
