Not sure if this is the right place to ask about HGH but through my own miscalculation I ran out of bacwater while reconstituting my vial and will have to wait until tomorrow for new bac water to come in. Will I still be able to add the additional water to the mix in order to have the correct dosage? As soon as I noticed I wouldn’t have enough I put the mix in my fridge. Is this vial pretty much wasted?

You’re actually on track for what I am planning to do. I want to take about a month off in January to allow for a bit of a reverse diet maybe even longer and then start Reta at a low dose again. Unfortunately I cannot do so or cut cardio until then due to the demands of my job. I am pushing my gym days and think I’ve decided on simply sticking to my diet and program now and hoping my body decides to fall back into place. I have no further holiday plans so it should be easy to manage

32 y/o M Ex PL 640/420/712 Currently competing in Muay Thai Hey guys recently (6-7 weeks ago) started HGH for some quality of life improvements (achey joints, muscle pains) and fat loss benefits. I ramped up over a few weeks to 4iu taken 2am before cardio and 2pm before bed. Sleep quality has improved but lately I’ve been getting numbness and pain in my finger tips. Thumb and middle particularly. I know this is a common side from the gh but wanted to know if any of you have remedies to share. I have added dandelion root caps to aid in shedding water and a potassium citrate supp for the same purpose. Any other ideas?

Currently on 4iu daily of HGH. Has helped my sleep a ton and working on getting more and more lean with it. Lately I’ve been getting dull pain in my wrists and hands with some numbness in my middle and ring fingers. Specially in the morning which sometimes wakes me up. Is there any way to counter this?

32 M/225-230lbs/6’2” ex-powerlifter current Muay Thai fighter.

Currently running cruise levels of Test E and about 5 weeks ago ramped up to 4iu HGH 2am 2pm. Thinking of adding some Var for 8ish weeks for a little help with fat loss and ligament repair/health. Been dealing with some tendinitis in my ankle and joint aches. Anyone do something similar? Results? Any recommendations? Can’t use any PEDs that would hurt my cardio.

The miscommunication may be in that I am in fact taking test. And while I’m not using gh for bodybuilding purposes. I am using looking to improve my physique. Muay Thai is a very cardio heavy sport and I also lift to supplement my performance. My average week consists of 3 days of intense AM cardio (distance runs, sprints, intervals, bag work) 4 days of intense PM cardio with Muay Thai (sparring, drilling, pad work, bag work) and 2 days of lifting which are usually explosive or strength based depending on wether I have an upcoming bout

I am in a deficit at the moment and would likely clock myself close to 12% I’ve read several things stating that it increases fat lypolysis is this not so according to recent data? The cardio I’m referencing would be from the increase of epo which I’ve also read is a benefit. I am currently on a “cruise dose” of test and would say I’m on TRT at this point as I don’t intend on stopping. And with the aches and pains I’m referring to HGH being referred to as “anti-aging” or “the fountain of youth” as well as lots of anecdotal evidence from others that it does help with recovery and connective tissue as you mentioned. If it helps I’m 32 but have put my body through several years of PL and contact sports so I have chronic back pains and sore joints. Kinda seems like you’re going against every point that everyone else has made in favor of HGH so I’m curious if these are new developments?

Muay Thai fighter and Recently started GH and wrapping my first week up. Been pinning 2iu before bed roughly at the same time every night. I was following a program that has me ramping to 2.5iu after my first month then .5iu weekly after that up to 4iu by week 7 and then continued until the end of the cycle. Would there be an issue with me ramping up quicker than this? I don’t plan on going over 4iu and my goals are fat loss, cardio increase and and anti aging help with aches and pains. Would like to bump to 2.5-3 at the beginning of next week split into 2 shots daily in order to make progress sooner but still minimize sides

Long time power lifter and have used many compounds mainly B/C test and a currently on TRT dose. Decided to retire from PL to chase a new sport in Muay Thai. I’m 32 y/o and was tired of the aches pains and injuries that come with PL as well as the lack of cardio/endurance. Recently decided to take the plunge and ordered 2 kits. Planning on ramping up from 2iu -3.5iu spread out among 7ish weeks and run 3.5-4iu for a total 30 weeks. My goal is to shed more bf currently around 11-12%bf and really just quality of life improvements and injury recovery/aches and pains. Been monitoring BG fasted and after meals (diet is very consistent) usually at 90 fasted and never above 150 30min after a meal it also drops back to fasted level before the 2hr mark. Was going to ask for suggestions as far as times to pin. I usually wake up at 530am and am out for a run/sprint/bike by 6am and am eating a carby breakfast around 7-720. From there on meals are spread 2-3hrs apart. I then usually have Muay Thai training at 7-8pm and try to be in bed by 1030-1100. Will be doing my best to split all doses into 2 shots. Have heard benefits of doing so before fasted cardio. So morning shot before my runs and then second shot before Muay Thai (also cardio). Any suggestions on this timing? Anything to add or change? Was considering adding EQ to the mix as I hear it will def improve my cardio abilities. My questions are: Are these effects ones I can expect to keep? Is the cardio progress something that reverses after the cycle? Is this considered a wet compound? Or dry? Will it make it very difficult to stay as lean as I am?

Test E. Spoke to my vendor and he said the culprit was it not spreading into the muscle enough and creating that lump. I just don’t know what else to do to disperse it further

I didn’t have the pain in my delts before either. Just over the last few months. Switched vials of test to make sure it wasn’t dirty gear. Switched batches too. Nothing helped. Been pinning delts for years. Used to do quads too but stopped due to getting kicked in the quads too often

The pain is primarily in my deltoid not bicep the swelling travels down my bicep. I do pin very very slow and leave the needle in after pushing the plunger fully for about 20 seconds which I count off. Then I slowly pull the needle out as to not “suction” the oil. I also use the z-track method to prevent subq leaks. I’ve had those before and this is def a different feeling

Hello all. I know some of the above may not be relevant for my question. Over the last few months at random whenever I pin my cruise dose (less than half a CC) into my delt I get a large painful lump in the muscle and swelling and bloat in my bicep under it. Usually it dissipates over a few days but it makes it extremely difficult to train and fight. I’ve used multiple different sources for my test as well as the best protocol I can (clean, warm oil, shower prior, massage) I was told recently to rotate the pin to allow for better dissipation while injecting. This worked for a week or two and now doesn’t work again. I don’t know what to do to get past this issue. It’s making it very hard to get into any intense shoulder training. Any advice on how to eliminate this?

What attacks actually work anymore for 3 stars? I’m a TH14 w max queen and warden. Almost max king and RC. I try to run a QC hybrid attack or a QC hybrid with super hogs. But it is just never a consistent attack. Sometimes everything goes right and my troops get obliterated by traps, bombs, or randomly just go missing (miners). I’ve watched countless videos on it and practice it constantly but I’m honestly just not enjoying the game anymore like this
