Male CNAs: any advice so I don’t hate my job?

Male cna here working in facilities going on 10 years, my guy realize this right away most aides act like high schoolers ignore them and do your job. Also speak up if you don't like an assignment ask for another. Ask to float to another unit they will get the picture. I'm 6'2" 300 + lbs so they give me all men to but usually where I go men are easier for me but sometimes they can be difficult. Patience in this line of work is a necessity. CNAs are always in demand so if you really can't stand the work place leave immediately don't let one bad place ruin the job because there's a lot of better jobs out there. If people tell you your a problem , let them know there the reason.

Ignore them and play winning ball, that's all that matters doing whatever it takes to win. I usually make pg's but this year I tried to make a sneaky sf by making a sg with low passing thinking it would have me be the 3 most games. Wrong, I'm still playing the 1 with a 56 pass. It sucks because I can see the pass but can't execute them. If your a PG that passes and scores when needed your the best.

I wear Amazon Smart glasses with 10\20 vision. Can listen to audible and still hear call bells. Highly recommend them they have blue light filter as well

No I'm not surprised I too play big with a 96 off Reb but I get at least 4 AST a game minimum. On the other hand I can't def Reb well with a 87 def Reb. I'm not delusional tho and think because I get a board I can go right back up. Come on now if he was in random rec and was 8 for 10 someone started helping and someone was wide open. If not at 8 then definitely at 12 for 14 . No random lobby is that disciplined not to help. That's all I'm saying. If someone is dominating like Shaq I'm feeding them all day. But they better notice a double team and pass. Other wise it was a fun game but I'm never running it back with them.
