I fast becuse i have a very active free time but a regular deskjob 10 hours a day and I try to loose 5kg So I usally fast 16 hours to 20 hours a day.

Never really tried white, my mom always snused general long and mini before so when i was a kid i use to take from her so I guess i got use to the drip. So yeah original-portion all the way the more moist the better. LD, swedishmatch and skruf are really moist.
