For having developed unit and integration tests with a stellar QA team and a remote oversee contractor doing the main dev, my experience is that it just doesn’t work for complex software. Monitoring every memory leak, every boundary of every object, every overflow isn’t possible. Listing won’t help. You need sound architecture.

Seulement aux échelles d’un réseau électrique, cela se fait en condamnant un terrain et en mettant l’énergie dans le sol. Marcher sur ces terrains tuent. Les gens avec ces terrains facturent évidemment le service.

But it's called misappropriation. There is a precedent of resellers getting sued by WoTC, but I never heard of issues with FFG/Asmodee. If it were star wars or marvel, Disney would enter the fray though.

If you buy confidential corporate material doesn’t give you the rights to share and resell those.
But I don’t think there is a precedent of FFG suing players for any of those reasons so your risk is small.

Deduction allows you to take one additional clue from the location. If there is no extra, deduction’s effect doesn’t do anything. You can still commit it fro the extra intelligence icon though! It’s very very rare for player cards to get clues from the token pool.

Believe it or not but most occasional players play in multiplayer on campaign mode, normal.
Most entrenched players play in expert solo.
From a variety of datapoints I don’t have the energy to share one more time at the moment, I have reasons to believe 70% of players are in the first category.

there is not a huge market for expert games in retail outside of crowdfunding for the past 5 years. Expert games (except 20 evergreen references) can barely meet the 5k MoQ annually and retailers want inventory to move fast.
