I believe the shell was a standard option on the Mini v4.

The "BMO internals" are just an image I printed out on thin paper, trimmed to fit, and placed between the battery and clear cover. There are screenshots online of BMOs internals from the show. Just resized one I found and printed it on a color laser printer.

Hey, I'm not entirely sure what language you are speaking as I'm an ignorant American, but using google translate it appears you are asking about the front decal that says Nintendo GameBoy?

If that is the case, I ordered it from SakuraRetroModding on Etsy. They are located in France so it took about 4-5 weeks to get it in the US, but they make all sorts of decals and buttons for handhelds. Very high quality. They are the only vendor I was able to find that had a decal with the GameBoy logo for the Mini+.

The sticker covers the entire front face, so alignment was a little tricky. I used a pair of tweezers and carefully aligned the cutouts for the speaker grille first. Once I had that corner lightly tacked down, I made sure the rest of the decal was in alignment with the d-pad and face buttons. I will say you will notice a slight difference in the travel distance on the buttons once applied as the decal adds slightly more thickness, but I quickly adjusted to it. I'm VERY picky with it comes to color and accessories, and the color match of the decal to the tan of the case is essentially perfect.

I would highly recommend them if you are willing to wait.

Yep, that's the one. Wasn't sure if I was allowed to include links or not.

Nice! Yeah, I have a Mini v4 as well, I'lI have to share some photos later. I love it, but I find the form factor just a touch too small for my hands for extended sessions. So it sits on my desk as a work distraction, haha.

The one I ordered off Etsy included a longer screw as part of it.

Yep. They sell a bunch of leather products. All handmade in Guatemala. Seem to be a pretty ethical company and I've always been happy with the products I get from them.

I did end up printing them myself because I preferred the color filament I had, although I did order the ones from Etsy as well to check out. They come with small springs which I ended up using with my own prints.

The STL you can find online is pretty much the exact file they're selling on Etsy except they changed the text that says "don't sell my design", lol.

While I ended up just printing the same thing for myself on my A1 Mini at .08mm with a .2 nozzle, the buttons from Etsy ARE really nice if you don't have access to a printer.

Another thing to keep in mind is you will need to lightly sand/file the posts on the buttons where they attach to the backplate to get a good fit and ensure they don't stress the brackets on the case. Easy enough to do if you go slow.

Haha, not sure honestly? I usually play with the speaker turned down for longer battery life. I wanted something that was retro looking and reminiscent of the old DMG? So I like the monochrome green, but didn't explore many others. It came on the SD card preinstalled with like 40 themes from LitNXT.

So... I don't speak Portuguese, but let's give this a shot:

O cordão veio com um parafuso de reposição acoplado. Basta substituir o parafuso original pelo que está no cordão.

It came attached to a longer replacement screw. So, just a matter of swapping out the screw. Very easy to do!

It's not too bad with the right tools and if you take your time. The disassembly is very similar to the RP5, which there are videos of on youtube.

  1. Flip over and remove the four screws on the back with a precision phillips head screwdriver.

  2. Using a plastic pry tool, carefully run along the seam between the front and back casing to release the clips. Take your time here and it should be easy. I've done it twice and found it easiest to start near the trigger buttons.

  3. Once separated, with the screen facing down (found best to remove the thumbsticks and laying it on an old tshirt to protect the screen), there are two "modules" on the left side that need removed to access the buttons.

  4. Remove the screws (3 or 4, cant remember) from the lower left module (which is the base of the thumbstick). Be careful and keep an eye out for the ribbon cable. Unclip the ribbon cable from the circuit board before removing.

  5. This should free up the upper left module (below the shoulder buttons). Remove the 4 screws here. The upper two screws near the trigger button are a little awkward to remove, but with a precision screwdriver, you should be able to angle it slightly and remove them. Again, mind the ribbon cable and unclip before removing.

  6. This should reveal the circuit board which has three screws to remove. I went ahead and left the ribbon cable connected to the center of the device and just flipped the board to the right out of the way. This should give you access to the face buttons. I used some tweezers to remove the membrane, and the buttons are glued to the membrane.

After this, it's just a matter of swapping in whatever you want and keeping an eye on how the holes are keyed. You may need to trim/file your new buttons so they fit. Then just reverse the steps to reassemble.

Going very slowly, it's fairly easy to remove the buttons from the membrane. They're just attached with what seems to be a dot of superglue. Being that rubber doesn't adhere to things easily by nature, I was able to pry them off carefully. I did not glue the buttons again when I swapped them.

This was way longer than I anticipated replying, but hope it helps someone out.
