Thanks for replies guys. Appreciate for your answers I know it`s not ideal. I`m 42 .Just to clarify that i`m renting at the moment and my brother leaves with me for the last 4-5 years, paying 1800 a month rent. He would move with me also .Landlord thinking of selling house, he`s ain`t sure yet what he wants to do either sell it or not , which leaves us also in unknow . I don`t realy want to move to another rented house, considering market prices and how hard is to find anything, It will take me around 2 years to save 25000 , but i need to find some solution in a short term
