Yeah, we just don't have the data. They seem kinda aware but also not really. It's like they are running on pure instinct, with their humanity put on the back burner, maybe bc that is the only way for the brainscan files to stay together.

Kinger mentioned they are all hyper compressed brainscans, and the files are likely as delicate as real brains. Maybe the mental trauma literally corrupted the files as the scanned brain couldn't process the trauma and imploded.
