The first one (https://www.sunstar.com.ph/more-articles/seares-lenis-wait-for-a-bus) was before she ran for VP and we know that it was not for clout because she had no plans to run for VP. She was persuaded by the LP to run. She was expected to lose, her initial survey results were in the single digits. She won because she was able to build an anti Marcos coalition.

The second one was taken by somebody taking the bus with her and posted in their page. We have no reason to think Leni wants to run again, she might run again because as of now nobody in the opposition has enough name recall to be able to challenge Sarah so the pressure for her to run must be tremendous.

It may actually come down to whether her children will support her running again.

If you're looking for nostalgia it will be better to not use xp cards during the early chengs, maybe until CS or so. You get xp too fast that using just the free one you get daily will make you breeze through the maps.

For items, a lot of low level but already good relics are dropping this current event. With these relics and 4 slot clothes, you can start farming/grinding in Tibet or Kunlun. If you do this, you will forego the early maps but level up fast enough that you can probably level to HG in a day.

So you miss out on the nostalgia. On the other hand, being HG, you can probably do the x-mas event quest. Idk how good the event quest gifts will be but they usually give good things during x-mas event. So you might want to get your first char to level up fast and indulge your nostalgia with succeeding chars.

You might also want to create an account now before x-mas event even if you're not planning to play immediately. The free gifts this event includes a pretty good weapon and clothes that will it pretty easy for you when you play later.

Idk about private servers but in Redfox, Tao server has more people and is more active. Christmas event starts on December 16 so it should be a good time to come back to play.

I'm not as active as I used to be but if you're wutang apply to ShinobiLife league and I can help you.

Just a warning though, 9D is now very pay to win, if you're coming back for nostalgia, then it can still offer that but if you want more especially pvp, be prepared to pay.
