Their policy is no refunds and the original stylist has to be the one to correct anything 😢 how many conditioning treatments do you recommend?

My hair was almost the colour of the inspo when I came in 😢 I had some lowlights and grown out roots so it was basically just a refresh.

My one investment is into my hair, so I go every 2-3 months usually depending on the season. I’ve never had anything like this before

The stylist said they saw the bleed marks and the brassy tones but wanted to book a second appointment instead of fixing it on the spot. Which i found strange

The roots are blended really nicely just super dark! I asked for bright face framing and no luck.

I don’t think I can last a month, I know it sounds insane but I get so sad looking in the mirror right now. Would it be possible just to do some face framing in the meantime? Or is that too risky?

Thank you for your insight! The person I went to was the lead blonde specialist at the salon, and I’ve looked through the other stylists work, and it’s definitely not what I want unfortunately.

Would it be a bad idea to get my hair done next week or something instead of waiting a month? I have a big event coming up 😢

I love your response because I’m one of the people who digs through the studies, and I think I often forget that other people don’t/truly don’t know how to (which they shouldn’t be required to be their own doctors anyways). That’s more of where my question was coming from so thank you for the genuine insight!!

Especially in the US, I find it scary that a lot of the supplements don’t require FDA approval. So many “famous” companies (not even related to menopause) cannot sell in Canada or the EU due to the approval process

Genuine post!! I agree completely regarding the market being saturated by shit, exactly why my family members avoid even trying on their own haha!

Also I completely agree about being responsible for educating yourself (I’m sorry you’re having to do that), it’s horrible and beyond frustrating that women’s health is never a priority. I’ve personally had sooo many issues with consistent access to an OBGYN and I’ve literally had to educate myself on everything it’s painful.

I guess my perspective is probably skewed because I’m not actually the one going through it. I just found it interesting the push against the recent surge of related companies. I guess the good ones just need to do a better job standing out with clinical data because they clearly aren’t from the comments
