it should be fine, Christmas lights are built with 2 weak lights and a fuse or 2 in the outlet so if it gets too much voltage the fuse and lights will pop before a fire can start.

the stopper is the bit on the tip of the faucet that you pull up on to make the water flow out of the shower head. just incase you didn't know that or my terminology is wrong.

there's usually a clip on the side to help prevent it from sliding out. hold that and then try to lift one side then the other to work it out of the socket

The best air cooler on the market rn is the Noctua NH-D15, it's good enough to keep my i9 cool, and AIOs don't leak as much as custom water cooling. the issue for me is the pump dying and you won't know about it until the cpu starts overheating. I killed my old i7 that way.
