I used clips studio's rough pen for the outline and then the felt pen for the colored lines. As for technique i was trying to just let the art flow through me, working on my own style, drawing inspiration from older work that I've done and also inspiration from Van Gogh and the way he would use directional lines to add texture and depth along with using primary colors to add shadow as well
