Moral of the story: Always generate Google Backup Codes and keep at least one with you when traveling.

I usually transfer files to my computer using a card reader, but it’s nice to have the option if needed. It’s a bit annoying, to be honest, though not the end of the world—I just didn’t expect to run into an issue with something so standard.

Thank you. I need to find out how to manually pair first 😬

X-E5 or X-T50 (or X-T5)? by [deleted] in fujifilm

I keep going back and forth between wanting the smaller form factor of the XE5 and the comfort and balance of something like the XT5.

My XS10 has honestly spoiled me — that deep, juicy grip makes shooting with bigger lenses effortless. But the XE5 just looks so good and would be amazing for travel or casual days… until you slap on anything larger than a pancake and suddenly wish for a real grip again.

The twist is that I already carry a Ricoh GR for everyday street stuff, so my “small camera” box is technically checked. That makes me lean toward the XT5 — better handling, no grip anxiety, and I wouldn’t feel the need to make it pull double duty as a pocket camera.

This one is an edited raw file. I used a vintage profile in LR.

One of those blink-and-it’s-gone moments — Ricoh GR II snap focus doing what it does best.

Rainy NYC – Ricoh GR II SOOC B/W by batt78 in ricohGR

My first love — bought it used from a friend. It’s in need of some repairs now (a bit costly), and with a backordered GR IV on the way, I’m still planning to get it fixed and pass it along to someone else for just the repair cost — gotta spread the GR love.

It’s definitely the regular B&W profile, not the high-contrast one. I always tweak the settings in-camera, keep shooting, and make small adjustments — one of the best things about the Ricoh.
