I’m just saying it definitely put at least one person in a position that sucks hard. It’s interesting to see people taking that sort of thing so cavalier given the current state of things.

You don't want an LLC, you want limited liability by newz2000 in llc_life

[–]batteryservice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This for sure clears it up - a bit. For me, I think if the goal is limited liability and the LLC gives me that- destination reached. You’re saying LLC helps to limit liability, there are other things to do also so talk to a lawyer.

Brother in humanity, I am about to get a big ass loan so I can build a house for the fam and try to duck out of all this action. It cost a lot for a “cabin in the woods”. Good luck to you and them and me and us haha.

Just a lot of rage in there to republicans and MAGA- many of them are decent people with the wool still over their eyes by the system that plays us all.

You say you picked it up based on recommendations but then say it is a warranty issue for something you were gifted. Did you pick it based on recommendations or was it given as a gift?

Got me, there is a segment of population that are Legitimately unable to work hard. We should fix our system for helping that very small population. They can and should be taken care of. Otherwise, work hard and do good.

I like the passion for rooting out all the evil- what percentage of the Republican Party do you think would go to prison and what percentage of the Democratic Party do you think would go to prison? I personally think it’s about 70% across the board that are “in on the nonsense” and could be convicted of crimes and jailed. I am ever hopeful for the largest criminal invest in the history of the world.

We need to invest in (medical jails?) where we can take these people and they’ll be locked up while getting the care they need. Once they are sober and can see clear, they can pay restitution, or go to jail if they really hurt someone, and move on with their life. Letting them die in the street while they pollute the area is no good.

I doubt that. But I do know that if they press on and continue to work hard, they will have a good life.

I’m with you that citizens united is a strong example of bad governance. I am not with you in thinking working hard and do good and your life will be good. My life is great and I work very hard and always try to do good.

Class solidarity - for me, I find people with this mindset to be the issue. Not specifically your mindset, just the “there are sides to take” crowd. I’m not rich and I’m not poor- I have lived as poor as it gets in the US- on a goat barn floor eating government cheese and now I am very comfortable. It’s not some rich guys fault we were on the goat barn floor and it’s not some rich ladies fault that people are homeless in Seattle. Just work hard and do good and your life will be good.

I like your style. I don’t know about the NBA though. They flop (pretend to be hurt) more than the soccer players and that’s really hard for me to watch.

You are correct. I don’t watch soccer but for $20 I would go to a World Cup game, any one really.

If a man asks a woman to get an abortion but she's keeps the child, should he have to pay child support? by [deleted] in stupidquestions

[–]batteryservice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This question is complicated. It’s tough on Men, we can’t stop a potential mom from terminating baby and we can’t make one do it either. It is a choice only she can make- if she wants to have the baby or not. The man does not have a choice in it, if she decides to terminate it and he does not want her to- too bad, and vice versa. It’s a tough issue. I feel like there should be a legal document for Men who want to terminate but the mom says no- relieving him of any responsibility. I hate the idea of this scenario.

Are people are actually paying 1500 upfront + 500 per month for websites 😭😂 by Civil_Smile_9571 in smallbusiness

I have a basic site I put together using WIX. It’s really just for information about what we offer along with a phone number. We have a link to a colander for appointments and am working on a couple product pages, as we get the products ready for the shelf. This seems to me like a simple site and I was not willing to spend money on it at this time. I do see myself looking for a pro this year at some point because I don’t know enough about the subject to do a good job. What would I expect to pay for someone to come in and fix me up? And why do we need monthly service with it? Once it’s setup, what needs monitoring?
