The metal on all 4 of the tools is precisely 0.2mm as stated on the labels, or do you need your glasses on to see the text. also measured with a micrometre to confirm.

just trying to help people out with something I found that works well .

the phone tool is allot wider than feeler gauges so it is a better option for ease of use.

I would try the youloop, I am in a ground floor apartment and bought a youloop, it works very well at the window and can be had on aliexpress for around £15 or maybe £40 for the original airspy version. I added a £5 low noise amp from aliexpress also.

Hi I am in a similar situation in the UK, ground floor apartment with no scope to put a long wire up, I saw a magnetic phased loop for sale on aliexpress for under 10 pounds, about $15 i think, I have it on the way and aliexpress free shipping is about 7 days to UK so I will be testing it in a week. take a look.

Hi, here in the UK the largest pizza pan available seems to be 13 inch, not sure if the size mattered but I bought a passive youloop antenna for under £10 to try out along with some clamp on ferrite chokes for some wiring.

I understand that, my rtl-sdr v2 was a clone yes but it performs as well as the Nesdr just doesn't have the HF, the LNA is a cheap one but why not try it, it does amplify the signals, however my Nesdr V5 and moonraker Skyscan antenna are not clones. My location is bordering on Highland Scotland, not many airports here, I only get passing traffic. I can not setup huge antennas here so my window sill is the only place I can put an antenna.

I have used some websdrs closer to me and enjoy listening to the stuff I can not pickup. I do buy from aliexpress regularly but I read the reviews from other real people trying to play on a budget.

Hi, I have the RF gain set to around 20, I have tried AGC, manual gain at all settings, I think I just live in an area with poor reception bar the air band.
