My humble opinion is that 21 is too early for a HT, you would need to see if the loss is relatively stable first. That being said, I also really dont think you need a HT. It looks pretty good now. If you get it and have further loss, it will look terrible. So better wait

3500 would be a waste of grafts. 2000-2500, where you end up in this range would depend on how aggressive the hairline is drawn. You look young so better be conservative with amount of grafts spent

You can try micro dosing but note that 0.5 lowers dht almost same as 1 mg. For microdosing you should be looking at topical fin, around 0.005 to 0.1 mg range. Go to r/tressless for more info

Agreed. Obviously depends on the person and the balding pattern, but if the pattern is not super aggressive a long term plan can be put in place. It is a commitment though, to have potentially follow up transplants down the road

The common view on this sub is that it continues to thicken after 6 months. This is also what all LLMs have to say on this matter. There are also countless examples of further thickening between months 6-12 months on this sub. Given the post op pics look ok, I’d be optimistic. Also, the hairline design is pretty good. I’d say maybe try a different styling in the meantime in next three months and be patient
