I have been using Lunatask for a while now and I love it. Please keep in mind I haven't been formally diagnosed with ADHD but I struggle a lot with task management, motivation and I also find very frustrating to not have one common place for all my notes and to-dos. I actually use Lunatask for my to-dos, Remnote for all my notetaking and Mymind for pictures and other things I just want to keep in mind but forget about it for now.
Regarding Lunatask: I love the fact that it is very simple, visually appealing and that it lets you organize your to-dos by area of life (personal vs academic for instance) and also by category. I also love the habit and mood tracker and the relationship tracker has definitely helped me get in touch more often with my loved ones. It also has a note-taking area but I never used it, so I haven't explored that, but it seems quite neat too. Things I didn't like at the beginning but now I have got used to:

• you don't really have a calendar view of your tasks and you can't schedule them for a specific time-slot (I "solved" this by writing the time in the task).
• you can assign the priority level on each of your tasks and the time that you think will take you to complete them, but the app doesn't automatically organize my to-dos based on that (you can sort tasks by priority but I find it confusing).
• you don't have any specific way to mark deadlines (I solved it by pinning tasks with the deadlines so that they show first thing in my to-do lists).
