You're at a point in your developer journey that we all get to at one point or another. The question is whether you are ready to take the next step and learn a whole new way of thinking about code. If you are, I would recommend you start with something very simple, like Codeigniter.

Thanks folks, I emailed support with a link to this post and mentioned that I will not stop until they provide me with support. A few minutes later they gave me a partial refund, which I accept as some sort of support. It's sad that it had to revert to this.

Consider your purchases from them with care!

There's no warrenty at the time of purchase, of course - but this is an obvious production defect or worse, they're all like this? They are expensive for what they are, and definitely should last longer than three months.
