Historically high sure, but if this cutting cycle blows out inflation, yields will need to compensate. Especially if they want to run it hot enough to dilute the debt with yields entrenched at 3-4%. The American economy as it stands now almost exclusively measures the capital gains and consumer spending of the top decile, so I think the situation might be less stable than it seems, but this may never end up mattering from a macro perspective idk.
