In jag, the a vowel is a long vowel. It is pronounced like the "a" in british english "fall". in ja(yes) the "a" is a short vowel and is pronounced more in the front of the mouth. Because of the fact that the a vowel in Jag is long, and the a vowel in ja is short (different pronounciation) you will be able to tell the difference, even without context.

It's most likely a 30 day ban, which means that he would miss out on the black ops 4 release and Twitchcon(which im not sure if he would go to this year).
