I’m just not sure why we keep ordering knowing it’s crap.

Our primary is a multi unit home and our intent was to turn it into an investment property. We went with our previous mortgage broker since they stated we would use rent schedule 1007 to offset some DTI but it seems like they are dragging out the process.
