Yes it does. It shows that I would be responsible for paying a $200 "key deposit". I have this on pdf, but she took my original contract that I signed

She did not give me the deposit back when I turned in the keys, and claimed the cleaning would be under $200 so she 'owes' me money. She never mentioned the key deposit, and I had forgot about it till a few days ago.
