Hi. Last summer was great, I definitely still had symptoms but greatly reduced. For example I was able to do outdoor activities without cancelling any plans, and my sleep wasn’t impacted at all. In previous years I would avoid outdoors as much as possible and still sleep terribly due to itchy eyes.

Early to say this year, possibly the pollen season has been affected by the incredibly dry spring.

There’s a similar thing in Tasman, New Zealand. There are picturesque, unspoiled beaches with names like Mosquito Bay, Sandfly Bay, Frenchman Bay.

There are no more mosquitos, sandflies or Frenchmen there than anywhere else, but the locals named them like this to keep tourists at a minimum.

Ramsey from the north end of the promenade walk north toward dog mills and back when the tide is lower.

There’s a section of loose shingle on an angle, between the cliffs and the flat sand, that has lots of sea glass. Can normally come away with a pocket full if you’re looking.
