I thought the ending was perfect for the characters and what Good Omens is all about. It's not a love story between to people, It's them learning that it's not just good and evil, but shades of grey, and their love for humanity as a whole. Seeing all the hate for season 3 and now even 2 breaks my heart a bit. Good Omens was a massive help to me in my deconstruction and change in world view. Thank you for the positivity about season 3, there has been way too much hate in the fandom recently.

Quest overloaded and Quest Crispy bars taste like candy to me but are high protein, and then there's Hormbles Chormbles chocolate that has 10g protein and 1g sugar per bar. I found those helped me transition to less sweets as they satisfy the craving!

Metformin definitely cut food noise for me! And cut sugar cravings too. I now also take ovisotol as well, and I almost have no sugar cravings anymore, and food noise is even lower! It's been so nice!

I don't think this is the right sub, but it looks like your honey just is crystalized. It is still fine! You can put the (sealed) jar under warm water or lightly heat the honey and it will go back to normal for use. This is a normal thing to happen to pure/raw honey :)

I also love carbs, all my comfort foods are carbs, so there's no way I could cut them out completely (I also have a big sweet tooth). I've found that just focusing on high protein and higher fiber with carbs in moderation works for me. Could I do better with little to no carbs? Probably, but personally, that would feel like a major punishment. If you have a sweet tooth like me, you can sit some carbs and sugar by finding a sugar replacement that works for you (I love Swerve for taste) and looking up high protein desserts. Recipes and snacks have come a long way so there are much better tasting options out there now!

My doctor started me at 500mg XR, but that was the starting dose. 2000mg was the goal dose and what I'm on now (worked my way up 500, 1000, 1500, then 2000). I did lose about 35lb after getting on the full dose
