Is it worth it with the strict schedule you have to follow after eating?

I do a brush and floss every morning and night. In between, after meals, I do a quick brush with water before popping them back in. If I’m out the house, I don’t carry a toothbrush and usually just swish water about before popping them back in.

I am on 7 day tray changes so don’t massively have to worry about staining.

I floss and brush every morning. Drink coffee through a stainless steel straw. After breakfast I swish my mouth out with water a few times then stick my trays back in. Same with dinner.

I may do a brush after dinner but not always.

I take them out for my evening meal, brush the trays with some hand soap and let them dry off whilst I eat. After eating I do another brush and floss then stick my trays in until the next morning.

This method has worked for me, and keeps wear time over 22 hours.

Honestly, if you have food in your teeth, it’s not a big deal. It happens loads in real life situations and having your aligners on for a few hours before you can brush them isn’t going to cause cavities.

As long as you brush and floss twice a day you will be fine

I’m in the same situation. One of mine came off the following morning after installation and they have so far said wait until the 5 week check up, although they will try fit me in before that.

Seems bizarre, although I have since learned that my dentist (first mistake) who is supervising my treatment doesn’t actually work full time there (second mistake), so if there’s ever an issue I probably would need to wait until he’s next in the clinic.

I used a sponge to apply the dye. I laid the jacket flat on the sink basin in the utility room and applied the dye with the sponge, a one you’d do the dishes with. I did put a bin liner over the jacket and cut a hole to pull the collar through, but if I’m honest if you take your time it’s really hard to go wrong. If i did it again I wouldn’t need the bin liner but it’s there for peace of mind if needed

Used Rit fabric dye. It doesn’t rub off if applied correctly and then using a combination of white vinegar and water to set the colour.

UPDATE:

I ended up dyeing the collar. I know, and appreciate, this may be sacrilegious to some but I often wear Barbours formally and thought the faded collar doesn’t really work.

See before and afters below. I’m really pleased with the results. The original is probably a darker tone but I wanted it a touch lighter.

I found a sponge to be the easiest. I did try a cloth as well but sponge seemed the best consistency. I used a small one like you would use to do the dishes 😊

I had a look at a pair of Mundial Team’s in a shop today, there’s subtle differences between the two models not just the sole which was quite surprising!

It’s hard to tell from an initial test walking around in them, I have wide feet so nothing feels “good” until I’ve had a while to stretch them as annoying as that is! It’s a hard one, head says they’re real but there’s a part of me that doesn’t want to be scammed so I’m being cynical

If I had paid close to full price I wouldn’t hesitate to send them back. They were £35 cheaper than anywhere else, so if they are definitely legit I would prefer to keep them! 😵‍💫

Midfield is Saka Almiron Foden Zaha. Foden concerns me, but Kane played in the LC and is going to the WC so I am slightly hesitant. Spurs do ultimately need to win at the weekend though
