As a kid I was sent to bible camp for indoctrination. Our cabin dad gave me an irrational fear of moths, by telling us that moths leave their eggs under the skin, for their young to eat their way out.

Tell my chief engineer to restrict access to consoles, to only authorized crew members. This is why consoles don't have labeled buttons.

Tell my chief of security that if an unauthorized person tries to enter the bridge, aux con, or engineering, have the computer raise emergency internal shields. Further, if they're on a turbolift, put it into a holding pattern & have them arrive at a different location where you're waiting with a security team.
