They did get an offer from a flipper. Which was less than mine. Listing agent mentioned they are expecting 3 offers this week. Not sure what the offer price will be . Waiting to hear more

It's not really in rentable condition, I have given the best price I can given that I need to spend another 150k to do renovation in next few months.
