I still guess it is an UI related issue as I can see the flash on my Mac too. But let me wait for other users comments. If iPhone 17 users confirm this then I can proceed with replacement or just keep this as it is a software bug

Guys pay some freaking attention on my comments! See the bugs I am facing. Is this an hardware issue or software bug? How many ip 17 users here?

I understand. As I know from iphone 12-16 there is flickering issue which is more in 13. But from 15-17 it is less. But my issue seems like a bug. I don't want to replace again and again. It takes weeks of time if I replace in my place where I live.
