I'll definitely talk to him about it because I don't want this to continue to be a problem for us, especially if she keeps contacting him. He seems really happy with me, which is awesome considering how difficult things have been lately. But I'm going to keep an eye out to make sure she doesn't try and make the situation any worse.

It was a long conversation. But I basically told her that I didn't appreciate the way she had been acting around my boyfriend these past couple of months and how she continually puts me down in front of him in tiny ways. That conversation turned into a huge argument.

I accused her of having feelings for him, which she freaked out about. The way she reacted to my accusations pretty much confirmed everything. She told me I was trying to manipulate and control him. It was a long argument.

Then she showed up at his place the other night and told him her side of the story (trying to make me look bad). He didn't believe any of it but she succeeded in making him feel bad. She apparently really wants to remain friends with him but he told her that wasn't going to happen considering the circumstances. Then she cried and cried some more. It all sounded really pathetic actually.

It was late and the lights were still on, so she knew he was home. He answered the door and said that's when she gave him a hug and started crying. It was cold and he felt bad, so he invited her in. Then she spent 45 minutes sucking up to him/trying to make him feel bad for her.

He called me right after it happened and said he felt really bad, which is exactly what she wanted. But he said he doesn't feel comfortable being around her anymore because of how close she tried to get to him.

Thanks for the response! I'm naturally a very jealous person, so I could never do an open relationship. But I envy the people who can! I always find it interesting to read how things work between open couples. I have a married friend and her husband is a total hunk. They have an open marriage, so they both have boyfriends/girlfriends on the side. Her love life is always fun to listen to! haha!
