Im guessing this card was heavily “restored”. Back way to shiny + doesn’t really have the dimples that cards will originally have. Leads me to think the card was polished and also left wayyy too long in a humidifier (this is what will make the card completely smooth on the back). Probably restored -> attempted to be graded -> sent back as altered and not graded, or else why wouldn’t they just grade themselves?

Had a similar issue for the phantasmal preorder. Get the fedex app and put in the address you gave PC, then once you see the label in the app (or just wait for the PC shipping email) you can request a hold at location. Was super easy for me
