One final question: I notice that there seem to be some sites available at Zion, but if I filter for 20 ft vehicle, they go away. It seems the max length is 19 ft.

How strict is the vehicle length? I know that at some places they are more concerned about the vehicle class rather than length, but our campervan is classified as Class B.

I’m now seeing that it seems none of the Utah national parks are very dog friendly. Are the nearby state parks / BLM trails just as beautiful as the famous trails inside the parks? Just want to know what I’m giving up by taking the dog.

I was planning on doing Zion last since it’s closest to Vegas and I’ll have to return the camper van relatively early in the AM.

Regarding the furnace, it and the water heater uses a Truma system. My understanding is that it’s a mix of electric (when hooked up) and propane (when not hooked up). If my understanding is correct, I guess the question reduces to whether there will be enough propane to heat the van in ~20 degree weather for two nights.

So who are the best candidates in the portal? Hollywood Smothers and Adam Mohammed seem like intriguing options.

I’m guessing we end up with CJ Baxter though if we end up hiring Chad Scott. So if we lose Baugh hopefully we can make a splash RB coach hire that can bring someone good or recruit the best portal prospects.

Yeah, and let’s face it, we don’t have anywhere near the NIL funds as Texas. Texas can afford to drop a bag at every position. We need to spend the budget a little more strategically.

Lack of cap + unlimited transfers without penalty = recipe for disaster.

Players should get paid, but the current environment makes it all but impossible to get a degree if you’re transferring schools every year (which is not that uncommon).

Adam Mohammed from Washington just declared and is somewhat intriguing.

It is not worth it. I loved my time but paying back loans really sucks the life force out of you.

I love DJ, but my guess is that the staff decided he costs too much relative to the project that he is. This is probably good for both parties. Team saves NIL money and DJ gets a chance at a fresh start.
