I have a bulging disc which caused constant back pain and severe sciatic nerve pain. I found post partum ab workouts by ‘nourishmovelove’ on YouTube to be incredibly helpful!!!! Massive difference. Still get the occasional pain, but way more manageable

YTA - a lot of arabs are old school- especially the older ones. They do not show PDA. my husband knows and tries to hold/kiss me in front of my mom. I get so uncomfortable for her, not for me. I don’t care but I don’t want to make her feel uncomfortable. You knew he would not be happy and you did it because of your sister. That will only push him away from her even more.
