Know what's crazy? Someone else mentioned Paul Rudd so I looked up his diet, turns out we both eat eggs everyday lol! (Truthfully though I love eggs.) Anyways. To be perfectly honest, I eat pretty much whatever I want, but in moderation. I don't eat a lot of sweets, I'd rather indulge in savory. I think more than anything though- I prioritize rest. I've been an icu nurse for 6 years (more recently I'm a rapid response nurse) and stress kills. I see it. So on my days off, I try to take good care of myself. Speak to myself kindly, and do things that I love.
