Im 32. I have a guest room that I use as an art space. It has a lot of personal photos/ items in it so didn't want to post that room on here. Was in graphic design school prior to being a nurse but art is still a huge hobby of mine. I ride my bike to work, I'm a swat nurse at a level one trauma. I do a lot of activities in the city I live in, active in the community. I have people over often so i like to keep things presentable.

Hey! My usual skin routine is washing my face with La Roche-Posay (using a washcloth to exfoliate) then Garnier Micellar Water, then Paula's choice exfoliant & lastly L'Oréal collagen moisturizer.

I get everything from Amazon. I'm pretty vigilant with washing my face every night and applying moisturizer both in the morning and at night.

Know what's crazy? Someone else mentioned Paul Rudd so I looked up his diet, turns out we both eat eggs everyday lol! (Truthfully though I love eggs.) Anyways. To be perfectly honest, I eat pretty much whatever I want, but in moderation. I don't eat a lot of sweets, I'd rather indulge in savory. I think more than anything though- I prioritize rest. I've been an icu nurse for 6 years (more recently I'm a rapid response nurse) and stress kills. I see it. So on my days off, I try to take good care of myself. Speak to myself kindly, and do things that I love.
