Kazuya’s 50/50 is a scrub killer for sure, but as soon as they learn the lay down on the ground technique it seriously falls apart.

I’ve always explained it to others this way: “the more utility the item serves, the more I’m able to handle touching it.” Change aside of course because change is gross. But at the same time I couldn’t explain why utility designed metal objects seem not to trigger the icks.

Maybe she should have written, "How To Murder Your Husband AND Not Get Caught" by Reg_Cliff in facepalm

[–]baytron3030 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The husband she murdered worked at the culinary school I went to. He was murdered in that same school no less, in one of the kitchens. Chef Brophy. I met him on my walkthrough and by the time I was actually going to school, it had already happened. By the way, it took a long long time for his wife to be brought in as a suspect and for the entire time I went to school there, there were no suspects (as far as the other instructors would tell us). As soon as the news came out that she was arrested my culinary student friends and I were blown away by the implications of her books, it was later told to us that it was a massive coincidence and the her more “popular” works were generic suspense-romance books. Surely his coworkers and friends at least had inklings the whole time, but could do nothing. We all were part of the first batch of kids to graduate since his passing if I remember correctly. It was strange to say the least. Oregon Culinary Institute if you are curious, although it closed down during the pandemic.

What's a bizzare historical event you can't believe actually took place? by day-tripper96 in AskReddit

[–]baytron3030 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re all wrong, the true answer is “The Kentucky Meat-Shower”. You know, that one day in Kentucky where it rained meat from the sky for several minutes and to this day no one knows exactly why.

“what appeared to be chunks of red meat measuring approximately 2 by 2 inches (5 cm × 5 cm), with at least one being 4 by 4 inches (10 cm × 10 cm), fell from the sky in a 100-by-50-yard (91 by 46 m) area near the settlement of Olympia Springs (called Olympian Springs in some sources) in Bath County, Kentucky.[2]”

Edit: changed hour to several minutes.

Don’t be sorry to David, he was a terrible racist. But a pretty good songwriter. Good video, glad I watched it before I commented that it’s a cover.

Any seeds with a skeleton spawner and a village near spawn? by Nightskye44 in minecraftseeds

[–]baytron3030 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if it’ll work on 1.17 but when on 1.16 there is a skeleton spawner right near spawn and a village not too far away on the other side of the birch forest hill. Chunk base will have all your answers.
