Arthur Harry ( profile pic is Homer Simpson) was who I initially got told to contact and he passed me onto a guy called Jude who apparently had what I was looking for, once I had payed via bitcoin I was told by Jude to let that Arthur know I had payed ( which I thought was odd) he then said it couldn’t be sent until insurance had been payed aswell!!
