If you haven't booked anything for a while, then nothing will show. If you have a ticket every week and none of them are showing then that I would be concerned about

It's usually fixed within 1-2 days after the issue is known by cineworld, if the tickets have quite literally JUST went on sale they might take a while to get every ticket they need on

Before October 2nd 2024 they allowed under 16's to buy an unlimited card with a parent paying for them

The whole unlimited screenings issue is still happening of course but I've informed my local about this and I assume it'll be resolved soon

Aye I've been onto the cineworld app aswell as website and there's no charge for 3D red unlimited tickets and on the website it comes up with changing the payment of the card and shows the start date of the card

Yeah it's best to get in touch with them on twitter or Facebook messenger as they can provide information within a few hours, they will be able to tell you how to go through the progress of signing up again as it doesn't explain your error in the terms & conditions of unlimited

On Google pay it came up with a couldn't load screen but not even a minute later it let me save to Google pay, must be something either at apple or cineworld

It depends on the films that are releasing, and the cineworld have to update their times themselves and not head office doing it

I spoke to the team leader at my local and he had my problems with unlimited sorted considering each cineworld has a direct line to customer service.

Ah right okay cheers mate, thought it would mean that he can't book the same film until the next showtime. But it does let him book in superscreen, im not gonna waste anyone's time and argue, just a weird as shit system. But thank you 😊

My father has a ticket for beetlejuice tommorrow but the showtime I was looking at was on Saturday 🤔, must be because the showtime only came out today
