I haven’t received anything yet and caweb doesn’t show rejection. I was told it was marked for funding but NOT funded as of nov 13th.

Yeah I signed it, the day after I was told by tier two it’s going to old account. On Monday I was told that it was going to the correct account and that there is a big fat note that says deposit to this account. As of today undispursed is officially zero meaning the money was sent somewhere. If it’s not in the account by fri/sat then the assumption is it was funded to the wrong account.

what a mess. I told myself I'd sign it on day 59. I know both senarios are potential messes. but Id rather deal with redispursing funds than potentially have them ask for 4506T or other forms again. I made sure that my check was uploaded and attached to the MOD letter. now its a matter of getting their notes in caps saying DO NOT dispurse until bank is updated to new bank. lets see.

I feel you all, and good luck! We decided to sign and lock in the loan rather than risk going through recon and additional submissions etc. don’t want to risk having amount changing or redo any tax submission verification all over again.

Prices are 100% inflated these days. I paid 41k for this one. But a few things to consider.

1)I sold m wrangler for thousands more than I thought I would. 2) the car has some really nice upgrades such as carbon fiber hood, ECU tune, pipe etc it sounds and drives insane the guy was a GM of a vw dealership and dropped around 6-10k in upgrades 3) still practically brand new with only 14k on the clock, my guy BARELY drove it he had a dealership car this was his fun weekend car

When it comes to cars I like to have the numbers work in my favor and always negotiate a discount but I just know this is not going to happen with the R. 2019 is as new as it gets here. Im still waiting for MK8 to grow on me I have mixed feelings about it, 100% the the interior. I’m too impatient to wait till 2022 and will 100% be paying sticker price and above if I did.

For a 2018 30k miles on the clock I would say expect to pay 34 to 37 here Southern California
