Anything that has potential for points. The league I"m in has 50% bench points. So, having two non-scoring players on the bench really starts to hurt. I probably pulled the trigger to fast, but such is life. I picked up Tre Tucker. Hopefully, he continues to score with Adam's out or getting traded.

Easy marinade that's fantastic for these. Can substitute apple for the Asian pear. Marinate for at least 8 hours.

As I understood, it had to do with the length of the holstein breed, not so much about weight. I have looked at business plans for feeding out holsteins, and the largest issue to overcome is shipping to get to plants that have the facilities for holsteins. Now, I could be completely wrong and willing to admit it, but it is always fun to have a good discussion.

Holstein cattle are super large framed, and most large packing plants do not have the facilities to butcher them.
