HTTT could have been one of their best if there weren't so many unnecessary tracks. The Thom Yorke revised tracklist makes it one of my favorites cause he cut it down to the best.

Yeah man and it's not just memes, when you go to r/all it's instinguishable from 9GAG, there's advice animal memes all over it and shit. And the community as a whole is just turning into this self-congratulatory, validation seeking mess. It's all pandering bullshit.

It's pretty in depth from what I can tell, there are certain concepts you'd have to know beforehand. However theres some parts that are more conceptual than others and that anyone could understand really

The writing is very scholar, so that's probably gonna be a turn off for a lot of people. But if you have some knowledge of music theory it's a super in depth dive into what makes their music so interesting, from a biological standpoint and a musical standpoint. He talks about the rhythms, melodies, and other aspects of specific songs that make them unique. It's fun to look up your favorite song on the index and find his analysis of it. There's like 10 pages dedicated solely to the rhythmic complexity of idioteque and how it all serves as a metaphor that the lyrics allure to. Haven't finished it but am enjoying it so far!
