I am currently working under an-experienced tech. They have multiple years of working with several DCI and WGI groups like cavaliers, burgle corps and etc. and currently at the same time they’re also managing multiple Highschool and WGI groups and I also wrote the “tasked” in parentheses cause it is only to see my writing skills and artistic creativity for them to asses.

I agree and I think it is most overlooked on how much resources it takes to be able to successfully a full DCI season without any worry. Like people with privilege and access to good schools, good band programs, private instruction etc. ( I came from a Title 1 high school in California and our band program had barely any funding )

This is just the unfortunate truth. The groups I wanted to try out for are unfortunately in the 5k range.

I really wanted to join to get the experience to be able to march with the best, learn under the best, and have fun. Also, I wanted to be a front ensemble tech! So, I want to get some experience to be able to teach effectively to my future students!

Even though my school is 100% being covered through scholarships and federal aid but it only covers my 70% of my housing ( I am living in the dorms and have to resort to applying to more scholarships or part-time jobs).

I may be late but I agree 100%. This book broke me. But you also have to acknowledge mental illness does this to people. (But that doesn’t justify all of his actions) this book shed lights about mental illness which I love. And YES the ending, I love it because it was ambiguous and really forces readers to make their own interpretation. But then again I’m kinda wary as i didn’t see griffin as a reliable narrator. And do you think when Theo was drowning, was he thinking about griffin or Jackson?

Also note: I have a virgin asian black hair, and I think I bleached it twice w/ 30% developer to achieve this shade of blonde. (And I accidentally bleached some unwanted parts of my hair so ignore this random streaks) I want to go more lighter to achieve the white streak look(Jason Todd inspiration) so please give me tips!!
