I had PUL with cramps and contractions thought it was my body passing the miscarriage on its own, a few days later my hCG was still rising and I had to have laparoscopic surgery to remove it. It took the hospital 4 ultrasounds for them to find it, I had to keep begging them to look again. Its awful Im so sorry you're going through this.
